Absolutely fantastic! We were in Cedar Lake for the weekend and we went Friday, Saturday and we plan to go today, Sunday before we leave! Food was great and so was the staff. Margaritas were the best I have ever had! All ran and owned by a family. Keep up the good job!MUST try if nearby or not!

Go there! You will not be disappointed. The prices are very decent for the amount of food given. Very decent portions. Good flavor. I regret not going here sooner. Service was super quick, and the place was clean. We will definitely be back!

Service was friendly and prompt. We had some margaritas and they were delicious. Absolutely loved the salsa and cheese dip! Any food we tried was great. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Had dinner here with my wife. We try and visit all the local restaurants in the area and this is one of the better options we have had. Food was excellent. Service was very good and the margaritas are strong! Highly recommend giving them a try.

Went in for take-out. I was surprised to see a nice sit-down atmosphere with a full bar, and tables, nice decorations and a separate dining room too. They were willing to give me take-out and said I could sit in an empty table and wait. My male server promptly took our order and we were also checked on to see if anyone helped us - which we were already helped but it was nice that they checked. We did not wait long and our order was packed really nice and we were both very pleased with our dishes when we got home and will definitely return.

Had the steak ranchero. This dish is delicious, yet it's drenched in a very spicy sauce, so watch out! Had to ask for sour cream to put out the fire. My dining partner had the chicken tacos. They were yummy as well. The jorchata there is very tasty and not watered down. Overall a great dinner for a decent price.

We love el Jimador! The food is the best in the area. The restaurant is clean. And Carlos is such a great guy and waiter! 10/10 recommend
